The project covered CORE business processes for individual and group health insurance in the company – product definition, policy issuance and administration, census data import, riders, document management, commissions, billing, claim management, payment of compensations, reporting, actuarial calculations, compliance with the legislation and accounting.
The system ensures complete process and data integrity, delivers easy to configure capabilities to the business, communicates easily with legacy and external applicaitons, reduces the complexity of IT environment and provides cross business support via integration with SAP FI&CO modules
Scale & impact: The system serves a small insurance enterprise. The business growth of the insurer was boosted by increasing the GWP with 20% in the first year after Go-Live
