I focus primarily on financial technology (fintech), insurance technology (insurtech), and enterprise banking. My domain expertise spans payment processing, underwriting, claims management, regulatory compliance, and digital banking platforms.
Every engagement begins with a paid discovery phase (1-2 weeks) to map requirements, assess technical landscape, and produce a detailed project plan. From there, we operate in 2-week Agile sprints with fixed-price milestones and regular stakeholder reviews.
I assemble project-specific teams ranging from 3 to 15 engineers depending on scope. Each team includes a dedicated project manager, solution architect, senior engineers, QA specialists, and DevOps engineers — all with direct enterprise experience.
I work with funded startups (Series A and beyond) as well as established enterprises. The common thread is a need for disciplined, high-quality software delivery in regulated or high-stakes environments. Early-stage pre-funding projects are typically outside our scope.
My core stack includes React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, Go, and Java for application development; AWS, Azure, and GCP for cloud infrastructure; and PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Kafka for data layers. We select the optimal stack based on your specific requirements and constraints.
