The goal of the project was to deliver a unique end-to-end experience for the customers of a start-up insurance company. The mobile app becomes the preferred point for insurance servicing and communication between the company and its customers.

Clients can purchase various types of insurance – health, auto, accidents, and more. They can also request claims with a single click by taking pictures of documents using the phone camera. The documents are automatically handled by a document management system powered by artificial intelligence, and the claim is processed, paid or rejected, with a notification sent to the customer.

Core innovation: AI-driven OCR reads document properties from camera-captured images, enabling fully automated claim processing – from submission to approval/rejection and payment – without manual intervention.
