Project Overview

The goal of the project was to automate the process of sending data for insured members (enrollment, modification and disenrollment) from Marsh broker to insurance companies through RestFul API.

Census data are prepared in excel sheets, validated and send to the API. API response contains information about accepted and rejected members. For confirmed members number of medical card and PDF file are sent as a response.
Communication with insurance companies is hold through third party administrator NAS Neuron Services.

Consultative approach: This engagement started in a latest phase of the project. By analysing the existing deliverables and risks for Go-Live I helped the customer define what to prioritize and why, resulting in a phased MVP strategy that delivered outstanding value.
